Lead from Within: Become a Facilitator of Self-Awareness and Development

Facilitator Training

A Foundation of Personal Experience

To train others in self-awareness, you must first experience it for yourself.  Therefore, all prospective trainers of Certificate II in Self-Awareness and Development are required to complete this qualification for themselves. As a learner, this enables them to share wisdom gained through lived experience.

The Next Level

In addition, new Facilitators will receive specific training in how to deliver this program with a focus on their students’ learning, while maintaining the overall culture of this program.

  • Student-centered delivery – supporting diverse learners with empathy and clarity
  • Program integrity – upholding the unique values, tone, and culture that makes this program safe, supportive, and impactful
  • Practical delivery skills – including group facilitation, maintaining program culture, reflective questioning, and adaptive teaching methods
  • Growth mindset leadership – modelling continuous personal and professional development

Who Is This Facilitator Training For?

  • Educators and trainers seeking meaningful, accredited content
  • Coaches, mentors, and community leaders ready to guide growth
  • Former participants who feel inspired to “give back” and share the journey
  • Individuals passionate about personal development and transformative learning

Carry the Culture, Empower the Change

The heart of this program lies in its culture: creditability, a safe space, acceptance, empowerment, and encouragement. As a facilitator, you become a guardian of that culture—fostering connection and supporting participants with care, compassion, and presence.
